Facing international trade uncertainty, a U.S. client needed to shift their Skid Sprayer Frame production from China to Vietnam. The critical requirement: a fully localized supply chain — all raw materials sourced within Vietnam — to completely eliminate tariff pressures and trade volatility.

1. Requirement Analysis & Factory Selection

We analyzed the customer's drawings, technical standards, and annual demand, then selected a Vietnam factory capable of providing an end-to-end local supply chain — from raw materials to finished goods.

2. Factory Visit & Capability Verification

Our on-the-ground team visited multiple suppliers and verified:

• • Quality-control workflow and measurement tools

3. On-Site Process Follow-Up

Our team embedded in the factory to monitor each production step — tube cutting, welding, and surface grinding — ensuring welding accuracy and dimensional requirements were met.

4. Sample Inspection & Approval

Full dimensional inspection: welding flatness & penetration, tube alignment, hole distance & diameter accuracy, surface finish quality.

5. Mass Production & Delivery

With customer-approved samples, the factory scaled to mass production. All frames completed welding, grinding, QC checks, and packing — shipped on schedule.
