Agriculture Equipment

Farm Equipment Parts.
Built Tough. Priced Right.

From tractor brackets to complete sprayer assemblies — Dewin's Vietnam factory network produces heavy-duty agriculture equipment components at 40–60% less than US domestic sourcing. Zero China tariffs.

Why Ag Equipment OEMs Are Moving to Vietnam

Domestic fabrication costs are squeezing margins. China tariffs make sourcing painful. Vietnam offers heavy-duty capability at the right price.

💰

40–60% Lower Landed Cost

Vietnam's lower labor and material costs deliver dramatic savings on castings, machined parts, stampings, and welded fabrications — without sacrificing quality.

🛡️

Zero Section 301 Tariffs

Chinese ag equipment parts face 25%+ tariffs. Vietnamese parts enter at standard MFN rates — a 25–30% landed cost advantage over China right out of the gate.

🏭

Heavy-Duty Capability

Our factories run 1,000T presses, 1,600T die cast machines, 5-axis CNC centers, and robotic welding cells. They build parts for Deere, AGCO, and CNH supply chains.

Agriculture Equipment Parts FAQ

What types of agriculture equipment parts do you manufacture?
We produce a wide range: tractor brackets and mounts, implement hitch components, sprayer frames and nozzle assemblies, mower deck housings, combine harvester wear parts, grain auger components, hydraulic manifolds and fittings, PTO shaft components, planter seed plates, cultivator tines and sweeps, and complete welded assemblies.
What materials are common for ag equipment parts?
Most agriculture parts use carbon steel (1018, 1045, 4140), AR400/AR500 wear plate, cast iron (ductile GGG40/50, gray HT200/250), stainless steel (304, 316 for corrosion-resistant components), aluminum (6061, A356 castings), and engineering plastics (UHMW-PE, Nylon). We also supply rubber and polyurethane components.
Can you handle large welded fabrications?
Yes. Our fabrication shops handle welded assemblies up to 3 meters in length and 2,000 kg. Capabilities include laser/plasma cutting, CNC bending, MIG/TIG welding, robotic welding for repeat production, and powder coating. AWS D1.1 certified welders on staff.
What about wear-resistant parts?
We supply AR400 and AR500 wear plate components (laser cut + formed), hard-chrome plated shafts, induction-hardened pins, carburized gears, and hardfacing/overlay welding for extreme-wear applications like tillage tools and auger flights.
Do you supply hydraulic components?
Yes — hydraulic manifolds (machined from bar or castings), hydraulic cylinders (tube, rod, piston, seals), fittings (JIC, ORFS, BSP, NPT), and valve bodies. We also assemble complete hydraulic sub-systems.
What certifications do your factories have?
ISO 9001:2015 (all factories), ISO 14001 (environmental), IATF 16949 (automotive-grade quality). Many ag equipment OEMs require IATF-level quality systems even for non-automotive work — our factories meet this standard.
How do you handle seasonal demand?
Agriculture equipment manufacturing is seasonal — demand peaks before planting and harvest seasons. We work with clients to build safety stock during off-peak months and maintain blanket order agreements with scheduled releases to smooth production and ensure on-time delivery during peak demand.
What are typical savings vs. US domestic sourcing?
Castings: 50–65% savings. Machined parts: 40–55%. Stampings: 45–60%. Welded fabrications: 35–50%. Assemblies: 40–55%. All figures are landed cost including freight, with zero Section 301 tariffs from Vietnam.
