Die Casting

High-volume aluminum and zinc alloy housings, frames, and structural parts. ADC12, A380, Zamak 3/5. Thin walls to 0.8mm. Post-machining and finishing in-house.

Injection Molding

CNC prototypes: 5-10 business days. Die cast tooling: 3-5 weeks, parts: 2-3 weeks after. Injection mold tooling: 3-6 weeks, parts: 1-2 weeks after. Stamping tooling: 2-4 weeks. Assembly: varies by complexity.
Are there tariff advantages for consumer electronics parts from Vietnam? +
