Can you source all the components?
Yes. We handle full BOM procurement — castings, machined parts, stampings, fasteners, bearings, seals, motors, PCBs, wiring, and packaging. We manufacture most metal components in-house through our factory network, and source standard components (bearings, seals, electronics) from trusted Vietnamese and international suppliers.
What quality controls are in place for assembly?
Work instructions with photo references for every station, torque verification on all fasteners, go/no-go gauges for fit checks, electrical testing (continuity, hi-pot, functional), leak testing (pneumatic/hydrostatic) where applicable, final inspection with photos, and full traceability from raw materials to finished assembly.
What volumes can you handle?
From low-volume prototype runs (10–50 units) to mid-volume production (500–50,000 units/year). For higher volumes, we can set up dedicated assembly lines with custom fixtures and semi-automated stations.
How do you handle engineering changes?
We maintain version-controlled work instructions and BOMs. Engineering changes go through a formal ECN process — we update documentation, retrain operators, quarantine old-revision components, and produce first articles for approval before resuming production.
What's the typical lead time for assembled products?
First article: 4–8 weeks (includes component manufacturing + assembly setup). Production orders: 3–6 weeks depending on BOM complexity and component lead times. We keep safety stock on long-lead items to reduce repeat order lead times.
Do you provide packaging and shipping?
Yes. Custom packaging design (foam inserts, crating, palletizing), retail-ready packaging if needed, export packing for ocean/air freight, DDP delivery to your US location, and container load optimization to minimize shipping costs.
